Formed as a breakthrough initiative during our landmark September 2021 Jimma University workshop, Seratera is a high-impact Public-Private Partnership (PPP) designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and commercial industrial application. The consortium unites aeveral leading Ethiopian universities, Ecopia Group, and our NGO arm. Its general purpose is to build an inclusive ecosystem that redirects university technology and research toward real-world venture creation. Since its inception numerous trainings have been hosted and new partnerships established, chief amongst them the partnership with Xiamen SIIP Incubation centre for the new era in China, joining a wide alliance of BRICS partners in the Startup space.
